passion for writing and sharing life, love and the pursuit of happiness as well as the tears of heartbreak. Often asked if she 'dated' Donny, the answer is 'No', but their connection has always shared that special bond of music, and quiet times. Connie still has the cord sheet that Donny wrote out for her as he taught her to play with cords, not notes. To this day she remembers and cherishes that time spent together in a studio, or backstage in Vegas where some of her first songs were writen at 12 years of age.

Connie and Marie Osmond in 1975- Best Buddies through the years
Connie B has been writing and performing music for years in
California, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico. Growing up as a close
friend of Donny and Marie Osmond, she learned to sing and play right alongside them in California. Recently Connie was pleased to reunite with the Osmond Family while celebrating the life of their father, George Osmond. Connie and Marie still keep in contact and were pictured together in the Dec 3, 2007 issue of PEOPLE magazine.
Connie watched with joy as Marie appeared on "Dancing With The Stars" in the Fall of 2007
and cheered when Donny won the 'Mirrored Ball Trophy' on DWTS a few years later. The Denver 7 news
interviewed Connie during the run of both ABC shows.
It was fun for her to be a part of the
'Hollywood bit' again in that fun, small way.
Donny & Marie have both enjoyed sharing Connie's music
and talent through the years, and Connie admits that they helped make
music the magic in her life. From Hollywood
to the red rocks of the desert southwest, Connie has had experiences that have shaped her
soul and fed her heart leading her to write songs full of wonderful images, and heartfelt feelings of love and loss.
All this led to music produced with an eye to quality and care which she credits to her years of friendship
and training with the Osmonds, and the unwavering love and support of her parents, Conrad and Marge Burton.

Connie is active as a Worship Leader for the contemporary music ministry at First Presbyterian Church in Boulder, CO.
This past summer she was pleased to offer and lead the first regular
weekly contemporary worship service at Ghost Ranch in New Mexico. ' The Table', as the service was called, gave
one more type of opportunity for guest at the ranch to experience God in this 'thin place' where heaven meets earth.
Ghost Ranch is located 1 hr northwest
of Santa Fe and there is overnight lodging or camping available.
Connie received double degrees in musical theater as well as archaeology.
She worked many years in field school and camps throughout the 4-corners area, and her time there
changed her life in a huge way. We say HUGE because she furthered her studies in science,
first getting a BS in Archaeology and then becoming a certified paleontologist digging, prospecting and eventually teaching about fossils and dinosaurs to people
of all ages.
Her van is full of rocks, fossils, and tools as she now travels
as a free lance educator known as
The Dinosaur Lady, presenting for schools and children's B-Day parties in the Denver/Boulder area.

Completing the circle, Hollywood came to the desert where she was digging dinosaurs and
she was part of the quarry crew at Ghost Ranch for the filming of the
IMAX movie titled 'Dinosaurs Alive', released in 2008.
